Kakobuy QC photos: what to check before you ship
What should you actually look for in QC photos? Start with the whole item, then check the details that matter to your purchase: its shape, colour, stitching, labels, included pieces and size. A useful review ends with a clear decision about what looks right and what needs a closer view—not just a quick glance at the thumbnail.
For your own Kakobuy order, warehouse photos come after the goods arrive. Review them before arranging international shipping. Photos attached to a product recommendation or shared by another shopper can help you compare styles before buying, but they are not photos of your particular order.
First, make sure the photos show the right item
Match the photo set to the order you are checking. Compare the product, selected colour and style before looking for tiny flaws. With shoes, look for views of both shoes rather than treating one side of one shoe as a complete view of the pair.
This matters even for familiar designs. The Air Force 1 find Product 5747 has more than one option group. Its product images help identify the shoe, but they are not labelled here as QC photos of your order. Use your selected options—not a similar-looking product from another link—as the comparison.
An unclear picture is a reason to ask for a better view, not proof that the product is defective. Shadows can hide a seam; a tilted camera can make one side appear larger. Compare similar angles before deciding that two parts differ.
Look at the overall shape, then work through the details
Use the following checks for the parts you can actually see. You do not need the same close-ups for every product: a printed shirt, a pair of trainers and a bag each call for different attention.

For a hoodie or T-shirt, spread-out views are useful for judging the position of a print and the garment's proportions. For a jersey, focus on the placement of names, numbers and badges. On a jacket or bag, look at visible zippers, buckles and joins. For headwear, inspect the shape and embroidery; for a set, compare the pieces rather than assuming they match because they share a product page.
These are appearance checks. A sharp-looking logo does not authenticate a product, and a photograph cannot tell you how a fabric feels, how long a seam will last or whether an electronic device works.
Read the size label and any measurements together
Look for the size marking on the item and compare it with the option you selected. If you requested a particular shoe size, a clear label photo is more useful than another distant view of the box.
If measurements are available, read both the number and how it was measured. A tape across a laid-flat shirt is not a measurement around the whole chest. An insole measurement is not automatically a recommended foot length. For trousers, distinguish waist from length; for a set, check the top and bottom separately.
Where a shoe option combines US, UK and EUR labels, keep the complete option text beside the photo. The shoe size guide explains a real listing where UK6 appears in two different options. A label photo is useful, but it does not make a conflicting menu self-explanatory.
Ask for the view that answers your question
“More photos, please” leaves the important detail unclear. Name the item, the area and what you need to see.

Ask what additional photos or measurements can be provided for the item. Do not assume every request is included or that sealed packaging can be opened.
Kakobuy's inspection rules focus on appearance, including model, style and size. They state that sealed packaging is not opened and restrict inspection for items outside clothing, bags, suitcases and shoes. For electronics, the inspection does not include authentication, function or quality testing. Keep a request within what can actually be inspected.
Resolve the specific issue before shipping
If something does not match, contact the order's support channel with the product, selected option and the photo showing the problem. For example: “I selected the white pair, but these photos appear to show black panels. Can you check the colour against my order?” That gives the person handling the order a concrete comparison.
For a blurred or missing view, ask for that view first. For a visible mismatch, ask what can be done for the order before you arrange shipping. Do not treat the presence of QC photos as a promise of a return or a particular outcome.
